today I am wearing...

Back to work.  My lovely, lazy holiday wafting around the house is over.  So I've gone for the corporate look today.  Black crepe Cue dress. Patent heels (I love this straight stiletto, so bloody elegant), and of course my pearls.


As a side note... I still can't believe I was the last to know what 'pearl necklace' meant!  Christ, people use to come to me for explanations (of a sexual nature...)!  Let's just say I'm happy to wear either kind...

I love purple. It's such a warm, interesting colour, the way the light can change the shade, to look almost blue or pink.

This dress, from Myer Collection, is my president's wife look... Worn with pearls (of course) and Steve Madden patent plum stilettos. Just fine for a day in the office.
